Over several years and in several instances has been raised on the need to review ECS our curriculum of studies and academic administrative structure of the school. Referring to what must first be noted that, as is well known for our community, the curriculum of studies in 1987 and is structured from an understanding of social communication problems entrenched in the paradigms and concepts that were in force at the time it was conceived. There is no logic in the university the possibility of going to align all curricula to changes that may be occurring in the various disciplines.
